Leeuwin Ocean Adventure
STS Leeuwin II, was built in 1986 to comply with the modern standards of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority and with a professional crew of the
highest calibre, she may be described as one of the safest sail training ships in the world. STS Leeuwin is owned and operated by Leeuwin Ocean Adventure Foundation Ltd, which is a private non-profit organisation based in Fremantle.
The construction and continuing operation is largely funded by donations and sponsorships.
