Pender Lea Chalets, Thredbo

Pender Lea Chalets are sited on 2800 acreas of bushland adjoining the Kosciuszko National Park. We are off the Alpine Way, convenient to the Skitube and Thredbo Village with quick access to the ski slopes and the alpine country.

Accommodation Options

The Hilton

This was a rustic old hut with corrugated iron walls used by a group of skiers in the old days. It has been completley renovated with accommodation for 6 in 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.

2 Bedroom and Loft Chalet

Luxury accommodation built in the Swiss style. There are 2 chalets, each divided into 2 units, with stained timer and log interiors, slate floors and open fireplaces. Chalets have either 2 or 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for 8 or 10 people. All have a loft and relaxation room with Finnish sauna and spa.

The Post Office

A beautifully restored historic 3 bedroom cottage for 9 people. Modern European kitchen and appliances. Two bathrooms, one with a spa. The Post Office is located on the Alpine Way west of Pender Lea Chalets.

Mobile Homes

These are new modern unitw with double insulation. Each home has a separate bedroom for 2 people, separate bathroom, shower and toilet and a sitting area with cooking facilities. These are a comfortable alternative for the budget minded.

4 Bedroom Cottage

A large modern colonial style cottage with plenty of foom for the family or groups. Four bedrooms and Three Bathrooms allow for plenty of space.The lounge is spacious with an open fireplace. For tired muscles there is a Finnish sauna and spa with a fourth shower and toilet.

Bedsitter

Warm and comfortable with pine lined walls and slate floors, it is attached to Pender Lea Cottage and fully self contained. Most comfortable for 2 people but will accommodate 4.
