The very beautiful and stately country manor “Gundarimba” was constructed in 1929 based on the style of famous architect, Frank Lloyd Wright.

Over the years it has become a renowned landmark and a heritage property.

“Gundarimba” is nestled in the picturesque Jamberoo valley on the South Coast of NSW, an easy 90 minute drive from Sydney.

Situated on 1.6 acres of private gardens, the home provides guests with an exclusive and tranquil weekend retreat destination.

Enjoy the magnificent rural setting and the unique ambience and character of “Gundarimba”, for your wedding, special function, dinner for two, or simply for an unforgettable romantic weekend stay.

The elegance and charm of a bygone era is captured under high domed ceilings.

Art deco interiors, stained glass lead lights and detailed Queensland maple timber joinery, combine with stylish interior furnishings.

Substantial formal and informal areas lead to expansive verandahs which are suitable for outdoor, more casual style occasions.

Our licensed formal dining room provides the ideal setting for a romantic gourmet dinner for two, or, to host gracious relaxed functions for your special guests.

The grounds and gardens compliment the style of the home where you can capture your memories with beautiful photographic opportunities.

Garden weddings have become a popular choice and informal “cocktail style” menus can be arranged to suit.

Six double rooms sharing two bathrooms provide our guest accommodation. Packages including a hearty country breakfast can easily be arranged.
