The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, in 2 queen size bedrooms, 1 twin room, a spare queen mattress available, and the luxury of 2 seperate living/TV areas. It provides a great getaway for couples, groups of friends or for the whole family. A large secure north facing garden is a great area for those BBQ evenings with plenty of room and play equipment for the kids. A fully fenced yard means the whole family, including the four legged friends, are able to relax and enjoy all the Islands charm. An easy stroll to a great safe family beach and a short drive to any of Phillip Island‘s famous surf beaches. Other important features include: a few minutes drive to the Nobbies and Penguin Parade, 10 mins to the centre of Cowes and easy access to the world famous racing circuit.
