This home was the residence of captain tom martin and his wife marjorie for some 20 years. Captain martin named his home “landfall” when he retired to ballina after many years at sea. “Landfall” is situated in east
ballina overlooking the golf course, 5 minutes to surfing beaches, close to fishing in the richmond river. Ballina offers golf, bowls, surfing, fishing,licenced clubs and a variety of restaurants. The homestay a double bedroom & a twin, with a guest bathroom, large lounge with tv and video plus the atrium.
