Sheoaks is set on a hillside on the outskirts of Penneshaw with spectacular views across Backstairs Passage to Cape Jervis. Built in 1998 the home offers three bedrooms, modern kitchen, lounge, dining and family room. It is fully equipped for modern living. The living and extensive outdoor decked areas provide panoramic views across the Strait to the mainland and over the natural scrub which borders the house. Tammar wallabies abound.
