The tour departs one and a half hours before dawn from your Alice Springs accommodation. Once in the sky, you can appreciate the vast remoteness and spectacular dawn colours of the Australian outback. After the balloon flight, a short trip through remote bush tracks takes you to their bush breakfast. Marinated chicken drumsticks, fruit basket consisting of watermelon, rockmelon, oranges and strawberries, cheese and water crackers, and chocolate cake.
