The dwelling is nestled amongst natural bushland and offers luxury accommodation in a secluded wilderness setting. The house has four bedrooms offering sleeping accommodation for 12 persons, two queen size beds, four single beds, two trundle beds and two futons. Two main bedrooms have separate ensuite bathrooms and a third bathroom services the rest of the dwelling. A games room equipped with full size snooker table is available for use by the guests and undercover parking for three vehicles is also provided. This property is approximately 97 kilometres from Kingscote and four kilometres to Flinders Chase.
Guests are invited to view the koalas at the koala walk on the property and enjoy the nature trail within the 101 hectare feral free area located adjacent to the homestead. Cafe at Flinders Chase is open during the day six kilometres away and Vivonne Bay Store is 35 kilometres away.
