High Country Pub Tours
Come and enjoy Victoria’s beautiful high country and experience the charms of some old fashion country pubs on a fun filled week end. This trip is ideal for sporting clubs, social clubs or something different to mark a special occasion. The bus picks up at approximately 8:30am Saturday morning. Normally we stop at a couple of pubs prior to lunch, then stop for a good old fashion pub meal at one of our chosen locations. After lunch we continue on with some games and an entertaining afternoon as we get further up into the high country. Late in the afternoon we arrive at our accommodation where you can wind down or party on. Sunday after a hearty cooked breakfast, we do a tour of the Jamieson brewery where you cab try their famous raspberry beer. We stop at a couple of more pubs on our way homeward (including a lunch stop). Arriving back at approximately 6pm. Tours maybe altered to suit a groups desires also. The cost of the weekend is $150 per person, this includes; a seat on the bus, accommodation for one night with cooked breakfast. One small overnight bag person is allowed as room is limited on the bus. Pubs on this tour include; Glenburn Hotel, Buxton Hotel, Molesworth Hotel, Yarck Hotel, The Bridge Inn (Maindample), Tolmie Tavern, The Golden Trout (Eildon), Jamieson Brewery, Kevington, Woodspoint Hotel.
