Gwydir Olives
Gwydir Olives, an olive oil processing company and distributors for the north – western region of New South Wales for the Gwydir Grove brand of Olive Oil. They have a retail shop where you can taste the olive oils and olives, and purchase these along with the olive oil soaps and olive wood products and ceramics.
The tours are run Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays at 11am and are conducted by one of their staff members. Bookings are preferred for large groups or bus tours to allow preparation time.

Olive Processing Tour
The tour consists of a guided walk through the factory as the guide explains each step in the process of olives being crushed into oil. You are show the cellar where the oil is stored and bottled and the processes are explained. The tour finishes with a tasting of olives and oils in the shop where you are able to purchase any their products. The tour runs for approximately one hour, larger groups may be longer.
