Hopewood’s natural health philosophy advocates a diet rich in fresh fruit and
vegetables, regular gentle exercise, plenty of fresh air and rest. It’s a
simple philosophy which has enjoyed remarkable success. For nearly 40 years
guests have visited Hopewood and returned home feeling refreshed and
revitalised.
The wide variety of health and holiday programs available at Hopewood are
designed to provide guests with a genuine opportunity to improve their
lifestyle, not just for the time they are at Hopewood, but for the long term.
Packages include: Fresh Start Package, Health Care Package, Pamper Package,
Natural Shape Package, Getaway Weekend, Stress Release Package,and the Deluxe
Package.
All meals are vegetarian and herbal teas and fruit juices are served at
various times throughout the day. All activities are included in the tariff.
The Centre is set in 20 acres of bush at the foot of the Blue Mountains.
No children under 14 years allowed.
Children are allowed to visit for meals.
