Open plan dining/lounge with cathedral ceilings. Polished floor boards, modern country decor, centrally heated. Very secluded with lots of wildlife. Pick fruit in season. Only two minutes from Mittagong. Beautiful autumn foliage and spring gardens on 2 1/4 acres with two fish ponds.

Walk to lookouts and prize winning gardens. Downstairs – table tennis in games room leading out to garden.
