Moosewood Farm,

Moosewood Farm is a 25-acre haven set amidst the rolling hills of Sutton
Forest, near Bowral in the Southern Highlands of NSW. Imagine…just you,
your friends and family and the countryside at its finest.

The cottage, a three-bedroom log cabin, has all the conveniences of modern
living, yet exudes the charm of rustic country style. Quilts, folk art and
painted furniture combine to make the place a home away from home.

Perfect for large groups or families, there are three bedrooms: one queen, one
double and a twin share. There are two bathrooms and, in the large country
kitchen/dining room, there’s a conventional gas stove, a microwave and an old-
style Rayburn wood fire stove – perfect to cook the pizza or warm the soup.

In the north-facing living area with a slow combustion wood heater, there’s an
area for watching TV and a cosy corner to read or enjoy a game of Trivial
Pursuit or chess.

Outside, sit a while on the bench and soak up the glorious winter sun or cook
up a feast on the gas BBQ and eat al fresco at the table set in the birch-
lined cottage garden.

Pets welcome. Guests wishing to agist horses during the periods of their
stay, welcome by arrangement.

Other features include: Undercover parking for two cars and plenty of space
for parking for extra guests, A basket breakfast provided on arrival with home-
made bread, jams and cereal, Tea and coffee making facilities, TV and Video,
Iron and ironing board, All beds are made up with fresh linen and cosy doonas,
bath towels are also provided, Firewood is chopped and ready to use, Baby High
Chair available and a selection of children’s videos.
