Faraway Place, The,

The Faraway Place is located in a tranquil bushland setting only one hour from Sydney and offers magnificent views over the Hawkesbury River.

With its entry on the Northern Road, just 3 kilometres from Wisemans Ferry, the Faraway Place is perfectly situated on 5 acres of natural bushland with magnificent views over the Hawkesbury River and uninterrupted views to the Blue Mountains. The location of the house ensures absolute privacy for our guests. There are 3 rooms available each with its own private entry and a balcony with scenic views of the Riverland and the surrounding bushland. All rooms have their own ensuite, queen sized beds, television etc. You can lay in bed in the morning and watch the early morning mist rise from the River, and listen to the calls of the native birds.

There are several excellent restaurants in the area, and the local pub caters for the weekend trade with excellent steaks. The local golf course welcomes visitors, and some pleasant walks can be found in the Dharug National Park.

The Faraway Place… perfect peace only one hour from Sydney.
