Carmson Estate,

Carmson Estate is a 27 acre property set on a ridge looking across Pokolbin and Lovedale to the Watagans and Brokenback Ranges to the south and a vineyard, olive grove and ranges to the north.

The property is in the boutique wine growing area of Lovedale, which offers 12 wineries, with Wandin Valley Estate within walking distance. The area also offers three restaurants, two wedding receptions, a herb garden/tea house and shortly to be established, a fish and yabby farm incorporating a cafe.

Carmson Estate offers three one bedroom cedar cabins with north and south facing verandahs, cedar lined ensuite, lounge and kitchenette, set in and seperated by native landscape gardens.

There is a six person indoor heated spa and a well equipped enclosed barbecue kitchen.

The estate is ideal for a romantic escape or for three couples who still enjoy their privacy. Please note that as the cabins each contain only one queen size bed, there are no facilities for children at the Estate.

Pristine wilderness without a single footprint in sight, the sparkle of cosmopolitan high rise on the waters edge, the adrenalin pumping roar of a powerful surf beach, or quite simply the perfect white squeaky sand that squelches between your toes.
