Melaleuca is an architecturally designed, spacious, tranquil retreat set on 6 acres of natural bushland, just 5 minutes walk from the sparkling waters of One Mile Beach. We are only 7 minutes drive from Nelson Bay and home to a large variety of native wildlife including Koala’s, Kookaburra’s and frogs to name a few. Accommodation available includes Cabins, Camping and shaded sites for Combi- Vans. Group rates can be arranged upon request. Camping is “Free Range” you pick your own site, and Cabins can be taken as Dorm style or doubles.

Cabins

Architectually designed western red cedar cabins, each with private verandah, tables and chairs.
Bunk style accommodation – one double 3 singles.

Main Building

Architectually designed main building centrally located on property with large decking areas for relaxed indoor/outdoor dining. Kitchen facilities – hotplates and microwave, toasters, kettles, BBQ, cutlery, crockery.

Dorm

Brand new architecturally designed dorm building. Four rooms of 6 share (bunk style) accommodation. Each room has 3 sets of bunks with fridge/freezer and wall-mounted fan.

Camping

Tranquil camp setting on 7 acres of bushland. Tents, combis, camper trailers welcome.
