Two storey sandstone Edwardian residence and detached two room sandstone cottage. Large corner site, opposite railway station and diagonally opposite subway. Small personal private, family owned and operated. Self service, mainly shared homely facilities available. Total number of beds on ground floor is 19, consisting of five beds in a two room detached cottage: upstairs master bedroom, four person bunkhouse, a main house and two double rooms of four beds each, which include double beds, in the female dorm and mixed dorm, main house ground floor.
