From the local historical waterways to the famous Bastard Bay Lighthouse, you will enjoy places very few have seen. Jenny Lind creek lies under Bustard Bay Lighthouse, boasting towering sand dunes, sheer cliffs and crystal clear waters filled with marine life.

Middle Island creek is halfway between Jenny Lind and 1770 – it’s a beautiful waterway that supports a vast array of wildlife. See fish, birds, shellfish and crabs as well as a few old fishing shacks passing the test of time.

Eurimbula National Park creek is one of the closest estuary systems to 1770 and one of the best. In approximately 10 minutes, you can be gently gliding through this pristine mangrove forest, with its abundance of wildlife and delicate eco systems, with secluded beaches and a maritime history, it’s a must see when visiting 1770.
