The day begins with barrel tasting, providing an opportunity to understand the influences that come from different part of the vineyard and complexities of blending to make the perfect taste profile. Prices start from $150 per person. ‘Vines By The Bay’ also offers specialised overnight tours which include pick up from the airport or accommodation and a leisurely two-day tour of the region, incorporating some site seeing and visits to famous wineries. Tours can be booked exclusively for groups of up to six or ten. Prices start at $480 per person. Tours can be tailored for half day or for sightseeing, gourmet and antique stops.
