Adelaide to Eyre Peninsula Five Day Tour – NT03

Experience the Australian bush first hand enjoy coastal walks, swimming, fishing, snorkelling, visits to outback towns, explore caves, see whales (seasonal) and sleep under a canopy of stars each night on this five day tour from Adelaide to the Eyre Peninsula.

. Day One – From Adelaide travel to the southern Flinders Ranges. Enjoy a bush walk into the Flinders with lunch. Overnight Bush Camp accommodation under the stars.

. Day Two – At secluded coastal location take a boat trip to see dolphins and Australian Sea Lions (at additional cost). There may also be an opportunity to swim and snorkel with the dolphins and sea lions. Overnight shared hostel style accommodation on a local farm stay.

. Day Three – Relax and enjoy your own private beach.

. Day Four -Travelling down to Talia Caves, we explore the Wool Shed and The Tub before heading off to Elliston’s Great Ocean Tourist Drive with stunning sculptures which contrast against the Investigator group of Islands in the back ground. Travel to Locks Well and admire the view and the man made 291 steps down to the Locks Well beach. A short Visit to Sheringa beach before travelling on through an old settlement called Nowhere Else, before camping overnight for the last time.

. Day Five – Travel on to Adelaide passing Cowell, Whyalla and Port Augusta, through Alligator Gorge and into Horricks Pass for our final national park experience. Travel through the Clare Valley and back to Adelaide

Australia’s Ultimate Road Journey Perth to Adelaide Eight Day Tour – NT02

Eight day camping tour from Perth to Adelaide. Highlights of the tour include the Fitzgerald River National Park, an internationally recognised world biosphere. Esperance, the Great Australian Bight, the true Nullarbor Plain, swim and snorkel with the dolphins and sea lions at a secluded location.

. Day One – Drive through the Darling Ranges heading due east. We then continue our journey south after visiting historic York. Lunch will be at Wave Rock, then we travel further south to the Fitzgerald River National Park an internationally recognised world biosphere with beautiful beaches and rugged coastline. Overnight bush camping.

. Day Two – Drive to Esperance and Cape Le Grand National Park for lunch and set up camp near an idyllic beach. The afternoon is free to enjoy the beauty of this stunning area. Overnight camping accommodation.

. Day Three – Morning free. Optional activities can include climbing Frenchman’s Peak, swimming in crystal clear waters, fishing, snorkelling, coastal walks or spending time with the friendly kangaroos on the beach. Mid afternoon travel to overnight caravan park camp site accommodation.

. Day Four – Explore one of the Nullarbor’s spectacular caves. Travel through beautiful outback country. Overnight bush camp accommodation. Enjoy stories and yarns around the camp fire.

. Day Five – Explore old Eucla, an historic town now buried beneath sand dunes. Cross the South Australian state border and drive to the majestic cliffs of the Great Australian Bight. Cross the true Nullarbor Plain. Watch the Southern Right Whales at the Head of the Bight during June to October. Travel through Yalata Aboriginal land and cross the Dog Fence. Camp at Fowlers Bay, a tiny settlement of sixteen people at the base of massive sand dunes with time to explore the area and try some sand boarding, fishing or walking. Overnight caravan park camp site.

. Day Six – At secluded coastal location take a boat trip to see dolphins and Australian Sea Lions at an additional cost, there may also be an opportunity to swim and snorkel with the dolphins and sea lions. Drive to our last nights shared hostel style accommodation at a local farm stay.

. Day Seven – See coastal rock formation on a magnificent coastal drive through Elliston and Sheringa to Cowell overnight.

. Day Eight – Drive to Port Augusta then into the Southern Flinders Ranges for an awesome bush walk before travelling thorough the Clare Valley to Adelaide, arriving at approximately 1900.

. Day Three – Visit the surfers Mecca Cactus Beach. Enjoy a few hours coastal walking, swimming, fishing or snorkelling. Set up camp at Fowlers Bay, a tiny settlement of 16 people at the base of massive sand dunes with plenty of time to explore the area and try some sand boarding. Overnight caravan park camp site accommodation.

. Day Four – Cross the Dog Fence and travel through Yalata Aboriginal lands. View Southern Right Whales during June to October at the Head of the Bight. Drive through Nullarbor Station. See the spectacular Bunda Cliffs of the Great Australian Bight. Cross the South Australian state border and drive to the old telegraph town of Eucla. Overnight bush camp accommodation, enjoy stories and yarns around the camp fire.

. Day Five – Explore one of the Nullarbor caves. Travel through outback country en route to overnight caravan park camp site accommodation.

. Days Six and Seven – Drive to Esperance. After lunch travel to camping spot for the next two nights accommodation at Cape Le Grand National Park. The rest of the afternoon and day seven are free to enjoy the beauty of this stunning area. Activities can include climbing Frenchman Peak, swimming in crystal clear waters, fishing, coastal walks or spending time with the friendly kangaroos on the beach.

. Day Eight – Travel to one of Western Australia’s most spectacular National Parks, the Stirling Ranges. Enjoy a hike in the park, followed by a short drive to beautiful Porongurup for overnight camping and local wine tasting.

. Day Nine – Last day of the tour is spent in the forests enjoying the optional Tree Top Walk through the canopy of the ancient Tingle trees and the chance to climb one of the fire lookout trees. Arrive in Perth at approximately 1900.
