Tours operate daily at various times, and include the popular camel to breakfast or camel to dinner tours.

Touring Options

Camel Ramble

Join the Camel Ramble and get to know these gentle creatures on a safari to the Todd River, Alice Springs. View native plants and animals, and beautiful desert scenery, as you meander through this striking landscape. Afterwards, explore the Camel Museum. There is also a camel video available on request.

Camel to Breakfast

Enjoy a camel safari through the peaceful surrounds of the Todd River, Alice Springs. The soft morning light, clear air and beautiful desert scenery make for a special start to the day, and sharpen the appetite in time for a breakfast of local fruits, cereal, barbecued bacon and eggs, homemade wattle seed bread and freshly brewed tea or coffee at the Frontier Camel Farm.

Camel to Dinner

Take a camel to dinner on this one hour ride along the Todd River, Alice Springs. Watch as the sun sets over the beautiful MacDonnell Ranges then dismount at the Frontier Camel Farm to enjoy a dinner of native foods, baked fillet of fish or prime beef and homemade wattle seed bread accompanied by beer or wine, freshly brewed tea or coffee, and delicious desserts.
