Albert Park and Elwood are vibrant inner city suburbs on the city fringe. The beach is at the end of the street and transport be it tram, train, light rail or bus are also close at hand. Car parking presents no problems and Elwood includes two reserve undercover security parking spaces. Albert Park Lake precinct is famous (just a short walk from the Albert Park property) for golf, the Aquatic Centre and home of the Austalian Formula One Grand Prix. The Elwood property is also ideally positioned for yacht clubs, golf, and tennis in Elsternwick Park.
