WATAGAN VIEW is a two storey executive residence on five picturesque acres, nestled under The Watagan Mountains in The Lower Hunter Valley, just minutes from boutique wineries and restaurants.
We accommodate up to eight guests in spacious luxury and privacy. The residence has 4 double bedrooms all with mountain views and 3 bathrooms. The main bathroom has an indoor heated spa from which to enjoy the mountain views.
There is a huge master bedroom encompassing a Parents Retreat with full mountain views and a dressing room and ensuite with a double sink and huge mirror. There are three living areas all with Televisions. DVD/VCR and Foxtel. The main living area has a Billiard/Pool/Snooker Table. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen overlooks the BBQ area and heated internally lit pool. Leather Reclining Lounges seat you in comfort in front of the 76cm colour Television. There is an eight seat dinning table. Our huge sunset deck is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and soak up the Mountain Views as the sun sets.
