Mariner’s Way, Kiama

Located just 60 minutes south of Sydney on the NSW South Coast, Easts Beach at Kiama is a quiet, natural and unspoilt secluded beach that is ideal for swimming, snorkelling and a surprise for the avid fisherman. Or if you prefer walking, it is right on the scenic coastal track that takes you to all the restaurants in Kiama or to the headland.

Your holiday begins as you walk across the bridge to the front door. Mariners Way is an exciting brand new townhouse with beautiful ocean views and just a few minutes walk through the property is the unspoilt sands of Easts Beach.

Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a real ‘spoil yourself’ holiday, Mariners Way has gone one step further with a “Sultan” Body Therapy Spa Bath in the spacious ensuite.

Although ideal as a honeymoon destination, the townhouse accommodation can comfortably sleep seven people. Mariners Way has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, there is a queen size bed in the main bedroom, a double bed in the 2nd bedroom and 3 singles in the 3rd bedroom, with this set up it is also perfect for two couples. The 2nd bedroom also enjoys ocean views.

The upper level is an open living plan, it has a spacious lounge room with 68cm TV, DVD, VCR with movie library and CD/radio and a wall of windows open to the ocean and balcony. The lounge room adjoins the dining room and modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, full size fridge and gas cooking. Across from the lounge and up a few steps is the main bedroom and ensuite. Down the hall from that bedroom is the guests Powder Room. The lower floor has the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and a second living room with another TV and VCR, a great place to lose the kids when you want to relax. And just when you thought that this house has everything, there is a full size table tennis table set up in the double garage.
