Gone are the days of putting up your own tent, sleeping on the ground and fumbling around in the dark using temporary toilet facilities. Our exclusive network of four permanent wilderness camps allow you to discover the best of the Kimberley, with the welcome of the traditional land owners.

Bungle Bungle Wilderness Camp – A touch of luxury in the heart of the wilderness: Located in the heart of Purnululu National Park, Bungle Bungle Wilderness Camp raises tented cabin accommodation standards in the Bungle Bungle to new levels. Our environmentally friendly permanent wilderness camp features 30 tented cabins, 12 containing a private en suite with flush toilet and hot showers. All cabins feature twin beds (crisp linen, generous doonas and pillows supplied) and in tent lighting.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by our permanent camp hosts and in the evening, relax around the camp fire with a complimentary glass of wine and enjoy a delicious home-style three course dinner in our unique indoor/outdoor restaurant.

Bungle Bungle Wilderness Camp is ideally located alongside Bellburn Creek, perfectly located halfway between the northern gorges (Echidna Chasm and Mini Palms gorge) and Cathedral Gorge and Piccaninny Creek.

Our exclusive tented cabins with private en suite (a first for Purnululu National Park) are spacious and contain real twin beds (duvets, crisp linen and pillows supplied), in tent lighting, a deck with outdoors chairs and private en suite containing hot/cold shower and flush toilets.
