Welcome to Colliery House – set on acreage with a bush outlook. You are invited to enjoy country hospitality and personal attention in comfortable accommodation where the only interruptions are native bird life and the serving of our hearty country breakfast.
Colliery house offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can laze on the verandahs, snooze in front of an open fire or practise golf to the flags in the paddocks.
We are located only ten minutes from restaurants, wineries, golf courses and other attractions.
Both bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning, private bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge and come complete with hairdryers, bathrobes and fresh flowers.
We have a light and airy dining room for guests to enjoy, along with a guest lounge with an open fire and television.
Our sumptuous breakfasts include our famous ‘Colliery House’ jams, light as a feather pancakes with guava syrup or mulberry sauce and your selection of juice, cereal, eggs, toast, tea and coffee.
Guests are welcome to use the barbecue facilities, or dinner can be arranged by prior arrangement. Our gardens and verandahs are the ideal place to relax and unwind.

A well presented certificate is sent to you and once you have given it to the recipients all they have to do is make the reservation.

The Queen Room
The Queen room has its own private entrance. This comfortable room offers a tranquil and peaceful setting for your getaway.
After a day in the vineyards – relax with a good book – take a nap – sip a refreshing cup of tea whilst choosing one of the many restaurants and eateries for dinner – or let us cook a meal for you.
The King Room
The King Room features its own two-person corner spa. The room opens out onto a sunny enclosed verandah, used as a private sitting room.
