It has a charm all of its own and features a modern kitchen, old polished wooden floors throughout, retro bathroom with shower, bath and hair dryer, air conditioning and has a boat launching ramp right beside the property.

The local shops are just around the corner and the Cottage is close to all the Sporting Clubs in the area, including Belmont Golf Club and Lake Macquarie Yacht Club.

Blacksmiths Beach is only 4 minutes drive away with Caves Beach only an extra 5 minutes drive further on.

The kitchen,lounge and dining areas all look out over the water. All you need to do is open the door and throw your fishing line in.

There’s a television, VCR and books to read as you sit out on the waters edge and while your time away.

The Lounge has a sleeper sofa for additional guests, a master bedroom with DB, second bedroom with a single bed and a divan bed in the front portico provide room for up to 4 – 6 people.

The Retreat has full Retro bathroom and laundry facilities, including an automatic washing machine.
