Explore the Gloucester Area from a unique western red cedar retreat only 10 minutes walk from the town centre. This spacious light filled home is ideally suited for two couples.

All amenities are included with ducted air conditioning/heating throughout the house and a slow combustion fire for that romantic, cosy effect. Two large groundfloor bedrooms with queensize beds, quality linen, doonas and one en-suite. Another double bed is available in the second floor loft as well as a futon bed in the studio on the top floor. The kitchen/lounge/dining is open plan with microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher,CD, DVD, TV and VCR. Cd’s and DVD movies are supplied. Most staples are included..ie coffee, tea, sugar, jams, condiments etc.

The bathroom has a full bath and shower, heated towel racks, washing machine facility, and a double car garage. It is a large home adjacent to King George V park and the Gloucester River.
The top floor is an artist studio available for artists on request. Some of the displayed artwork is for sale.

Well behaved pets are permitted on request but the property is not fenced. It is an ideal location for birdwatchers, hikers, canoeist or just to have a quiet weekend sitting on the deck listening to the river running past, with the frogs and birds singing their melody. A wonderful place to unwind and get rid of the stess and hassle of the city environment.
