Squatters Run, Thredbo

Squatter’s Run is an award winning development located at the village square. A variety of floor plans offer the ideal accommodation for your holiday plans: a studio for a quiet sojourn for two, spacious two bedrooms, two bathroom apartments that can sleep up to six people, or the popular one bedroom and one bedroom plus lofts.
Fully equipped kitchens will keep the chef happy and unique design features are found throughout the complex. For some a window seat provides a great view of the passing village life, for others the loft is a quiet retreat for afternoon tea and a good book.
Our central location means you can enjoy all the activities of this renowned mountain village. Lockable, heated book and ski storage is located at mall level to minimise carrying. Each unit has a reserved car space.

Accommodation Options

One Bedroom Apartment

These spacious apartments offer bedrooms as a quite haven at the end of the day. In addition there is a sofa bed or other sleeping space in the living area. With the added area, plus balconies overlooking the village and mountain they are ideal for the longer holidays for a couple or a small family.
The deluxe versions of these apartments include a special extra feature or two such as spa baths, large balconies with BBQ, second bathroom or a warm fireplace.

One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment

Fully self contained one bedroom deluxe apartment with electric and underfloor heating. Slow combustion fireplace. Bathroom has a spa bath and located on top floor, extra toilet on bottom floor. The balcony has great views of the mountain.

One Bedroom and Loft Apartment

If more space or separation from the children is your preference, then these apartments, with a loft area, provide the ideal accommodation. Ideal as a study, childrens play area or for sleeping two adults, most lofts have high vaulted ceilings providing a sensation of more space for families and friends.

Two Bedroom Apartment

If you are lookig for space then this is where you come, these apartments feel huge. Each has high vaulted ceiling set over spacious lounge and diining areas with fireplace and fully equipped kitchens.

The main bedroom, with king bed, enjoys an ensuite in addition to the main bathroom. Each has a large balcony with BBQ and space for a small party!

Studio Apartment

Our studios are an ideal solution for two adults or for shorter stays, offering compact accommodation with all the facilities of a larger apartment. The combined lounge and dining area incorporates a fully equipped kitchen. This area leads to a baslcony overlooking the village providing the ideal spot to assess teh weather or enjoy the activities of the village.
The sleeping area is screened from the living area and each apartment has a full bathroom and laundry facilities.
