Twin Trees Country Cottages, Pokolbin

4 star cedar cottages hidden privately amongst Hunter Valley native gardens, vineyards and olive grove and set on a quiet 45 acre property. A choice of one and two bedroom cottages, all with queen size beds, are spread out over the property, so you’ll feel like you’re the only guests here!

Each cottage is fully self contained and fully equipped with a large, sunny kitchen, dining, living room, verandah, BBQ and outdoor setting to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets over the Brokenback Ranges.

All cottages feature air conditioning, TV, CD player and a romantic gas log fire set into a federation fireplace for cosy winter nights. Linen is provided along with a welcome continental breakfast basket which includes our own farm fresh eggs!

Twin Trees is located in the heart of the Hunter Valley with several notable wineries and restaurants (including Roberts) within walking distance.

Clover Cottage

Clover Cottage is a 4 bedroom house set on 30 acres of tranquil bushland at the end of Lomas Lane, Nulkaba, half way between the town of Cessnock and the vineyards of Lovedale & Pokolbin. The land backs on to the State Forest, with walking trails winding into the bush. There are spectacular views of the nearby Brokenback Mountains and extensive lawns surrounding the house.

The house itself was recently re-decorated and re-furbished and features all new furnishings, including an inviting and spacious fernery and barbecue area that will be the focus of many a summers evening.

There are 3 bathrooms & 4 bedrooms to share sleeping a maximum of 8 people. All bedding and towels are provided.

The large and sun-filled kitchen has an oven / griller / cooktop as well as a microwave and all pots & pans, crockery etc are provided. The spacious lounge has deep, comfortable sofas and chairs, along with TV and Video as well as a sound system, and has reverse cycle air conditioning. Please bring your own Videos and CDs. The lounge area opens into a stylish dining area with comfortable seating for a group of 8.

Running the full length of the house on the western side is the outdoor entertaining area, the focal point for gatherings during the warmer months. It is sheltered from the rain and has lighting so it can be used at night. A huge timber slab table and a gas barbecue make for casual outdoor dining (fully screened from insect attack!) and we also provide the necessary barbecue cooking utensils and steak knives… and tomato sauce too! There is also covered parking for 3 cars.
