Snowy River Bush Retreat is in the heart of ‘Man From Snowy River’ country on
the banks of the famous and legendary Snowy River, just 15 minutes from Dalgety &
Berridale or 30 minutes from Jindabyne.

Accommodation is available in five secluded, self-contained cedar cabins
set amongst natural bushland and wildflowers overlooking the river.

Snowy River Bush Retreat is an all season hideaway. You can use it as a base for
your Snowy Mountain holiday experience or you can just spend an ideal relaxing
holiday on our 250 acre property and its facilities which include a full
size tennis court, a sauna, trout fishing, canoeing and swimming or
bushwalking through our pristine flora and fauna filled bushland.

Snowy River Bush Retreat is the ideal base for your next ski holiday,
being less than an hour by car to the Thredbo and Perisher ski-fields.

Snowy River Bush Retreat is ideal for families, couples or small groups who
would like to totally retax in an Australian bush environment where there is
none of the stress associated with city life, yet still within reach of
facilities at the towns of Dalgety, Jindabyne, Berridale and Cooma.

Accommodation Options

Cabins

Secluded self contained cedar cabins overlooking the Snowy River with fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, stove and fridge, double bedroom, private bathroom, living & dining area and verandah. Each cabin has its own campfire and wood barbeque. They are warm & cosy in winter with electric heating. Cabins are well spaced for full privacy. Doonas, blankets and pillows are supplied. Linen is not provided but can be hired for an extra cost.
