Carinya is a large four bedroom Cottage located in Gerringong, with lots of character and accommodation for up to fifteen people.

The fully self-contained kitchen includes a microwave & dishwasher. There are two lounge rooms, two bathrooms, separate dining room and a reading room.

This lovely home also has a large front balcony and two back balconies with plenty of outdoor settings, overlooking a private leafy backyard, equipped with a gas BBQ.

Your children will love the kiddies cottage to play in and the special Harry Potter room under the stairs, while you may enjoy playing the piano or watching a video.

Carinya Cottage is set in a quiet street, just an easy five minute walk to the beach, Club and shops . Suitable for dogs on application.

Complete with a gas log fire place for cosy winter getaways.
