Eaglereach is a nature-based resort with over 4 square kilometers (1000 acres) of natural adventureland featuring an amazing variety of fauna and flora. Kangaroos, Wallaroos, Wallabies, Echidnas, Goannas and that’s before you look skyward and marvel at the King Parrots, Eastern & Crimson Rosellas, Red-Browed Firetails, Superb Blue Wrens, Bush Doves and naturally our namesake the majestic Wedgetailed Eagle.

There are 38 Custom built superior and spa lodges. Each is sole use and complete with every luxury to make your stay a joy. Inclusions vary from pool tables to sauna rooms. These vary in size and location to suit every budget from a one-bedroom cabin to a six -bedroom corporate chalet. Expansive verandahs provide spectacular views across the Hunter region either to the Barrington Tops which is one of Australia’s largest and awe-inspiring National Parks or to the Pacific Ocean.

Goonarook Loagoon is another superb location for swimming and a challenge to those who wish to throw out a line for sport fishing. The newly opened Lowanna Wellbeing Centre offers guests the chance to relax, revitalize and rejuvenate in lush surroundings. Great local attractions for self-drive or guided tours include local Hunter vineyards, historical villages such as Morpeth, Port Stephens for dolphin cruises and the Barrington Tops National Park. The Aloota Centre features six locations for functions and conferences including two turnkey business centres.
