Rosewood Guest House, Margaret River

Rosewood Guest House is situated in the town of Margaret River. This charming Bed and Breakfast (B&B) property is set on a half an acre of lovely cottage style gardens and is a haven for local birdlife. Rosewood is a seven minute walk to main street shops and restaurants but also has restaurants and bars within a two minute walk.

What sets Rosewood apart is the care and attention to detail in presenting a welcoming and hospitable experience for all guests. A highlight each morning is the fantastic breakfast prepared from local produce. If you enjoy beautiful flavours served with style and a smile by the owners, then you will love our breakfast room and of course the gourmet continental breakfast is included in your tariff.

With five individually decorated guestrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and every convenience in your room, your comfort and privacy are assured. The Grand Spa Suite was re-furbished in 2005 and offers comfortable apartment style accommodation.

At Rosewood Jane and Keith are happy to assist you plan your stay and will help maximise your time in this beautiful area. Having travelled extensively, and having a keen interest in wine it is a pleasure to help fellow enthusiasts. Wine and sightseeing tours can be arranged with local experts to suit your tastes and budget or self drive itineraries can be planned and maps provided. From Rosewood it is easy to explore the lighthouses, caves, surf beaches, dive wrecks and many other attractions. Whale or dolphin cruises at Augusta or Dunsborough are an easy 40 minute drive. Busselton with the famous jetty and aquarium are a similar distance. However, with wineries and vineyard restaurants less than five minutes away, the cheese and chocolate tasting 15 minutes you may not venture far.

In summer surfing lessons can be arranged, the indoor heated pool and gym are a two minute walk and tennis courts can be hired for the energetic. Horse-riding is available at nearby Rosa Brook. If you have the energy there are fabulous ways to expend it.

The region offers great diversity with the beaches, caves, lighthouses, wineries, galleries, walking trails and much more. Rosewood Guesthouse offers gracious hosted accommodation in a superb location.

Grand Spa Suite

Spa apartment, studio style room with queen bed, kitchenette, second bedroom with twin beds. The bathroom has a two person spa bath and shower. The powder room is seperate. Competed in 2005 it is very well equipped. Longe area has leather couches, a sofa bed, television/CD player.

Breakfast is provided in the guest dining room. There is a barbecue area for the guests of the spa apartment’s use.

Queen room with en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is individually decorated but all feature generous bathrooms, wonderful views to the garden and beautiful furnishings.

Twin Room

Charming room with generous entry foyer from which the full size bathroom with shower and bath leads. The WC is seperate. The foyer opens to the bedroom framed by the picture window to the garden.
