Loxton Smiffy’s Accommodation offers self contained, comfortably furnished accommodation ideal for groups of families or friends, travelling business people or sporting groups. Located at Loxton in the Riverland of South Australia, all of Smiffy’s Accommodation is conveniently situated close to the town centre and essential services. Your comfort is important to hosts Christine and Phill who will endeavour to meet your individual requirements to ensure that your stay is an enjoyable and happy experience.

Loxton and the Riverland region have plenty of events throughout the year along with interesting attractions and there are always lots of activities such as swimming, boating, fishing, wine tasting, shopping and dining to add to your holiday enjoyment.

Loxton Smiffy’s Bed and Breakfast Accommodation at Sadlier Street is disability friendly and suitable for wheelchair access and great for family or friends to stay while holidaying in the region. It includes: Sleeping arrangements for 10 people (14 if sofa beds are used). Bedroom one has a queen size bed; bedroom two and three each contain two single beds, bedroom four has a double bed. The second bedroom and bathroom have disability access. Large lounge room with sofa lounge, televisions, sound system, video and DVD player; well equipped kitchen with dining area; family area with sofa lounge; laundry with washing machine and iron; large bathroom/toilet; air conditioned and wood combustion heaters; verandah and covered carport with access for seven cars or boats.

All linen supplied, a cot is available, no charge (supply own linen). A hearty breakfast supplied for each guest as a welcome gesture. Free telephone for local calls. Pets are permitted in the backyard but not inside the house (exceptions for guide dogs). A dog kennel is supplied. Picnic facilities including picnic basket, tables and chairs supplied on request.
