Observation Rise Apartments – Scarborough, Joondalup

These privately owned apartments offer some of the best facilities in Scarborough.

The fully furnished and equipped self contained two bedroom and three bedroom apartments have ocean views from your balcony or patio and all have two bathrooms, spa baths and own laundry.

The outdoor pool has its own beach plus waterfall, there is also a heated indoor pool, large spa, sauna and gym. Other facilities are double underground parking, tennis courts and barbecues.

Observation Rise Apartments are only 100 metres to beautiful Scarborough Beach, cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Public transport (bus) is available outside our door to Perth city and major shopping centres, Hillary’s Marina, and connects to train services to Fremantle.

Rates:
Two bedroom apartments are from $225.00 per night, however the longer the stay the cheaper the rate: If staying for a three month period the rate would be from $550.00 per week. Three bedroom apartments are from $285.00 per night, longer term would be a much more competitive rate from $800.00 per week.

Please phone to discuss our rates as you may be able to negotiate a lower rate during the cooler winter months.
