Lakes Breaks, Lake King

Lakes Breaks is ideally situated at the crossroads for a break in your travels – Esperance 259 kilometres, Perth 460 kilometres, Hyden 123 kilometres, and east through the rabbit proof fence to Norseman 250 kilometres and Cascades, or south to the coast at Hopetoun.

Lakes Breaks is a great place to ‘go bush’ and live out the ideals of what it means to be Australian; fresh air, space, wonderful sunrises and sunsets, clear skies to view the stars – in other words a simpler, more natural lifestyle.

Lakes Breaks Bed and Breakfast is purpose-built for your comfort and generous-sized rooms and a wide verandah bring out the country feel. The design accommodates easy interaction and provides personal and communal space, and the house is surrounded by natural bush and farmland. Guests have choice of two well-appointed bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with three single beds, and both rooms have individual ensuites and private entrances off the verandah.

A relaxing lounge room with television, tea and coffee facilities is available for guest use.

Continental or cooked breakfast is served in the lounge or adjoining dining room. Evening meals are available, or the local tavern is within walking distance and provides counter meals.

Our accommodation is suitable for the disabled and children are welcome. Dogs on leads may sleep on the verandah.

The Westrail bus passes through Lake King five days per week and will be met when required.

We have lived and worked in the Lake King/Ravensthorpe area for over 30 years and have a great knowledge of the local area, which we would love to share with you. Casual and laid back, we endeavour to make our guests comfortable and treat them as we ourselves like to be treated.
