All apartments have private balconies that overlook the beautiful Noosa River.

Apartments are two or three bedroom and are above average size, all with two bathrooms and are fully equipped including BBQs on balconies, ensuite to main bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, plus Austar.

The resort has its own jetty, perfect for boating enthusiasts or to fish from.

Las Rias also has a penthouse available which is over two levels plus it has its won roof top. As Las Rias is one of the tallest buildings in Noosa, the views from here are spectacular.

Within 100 metres of Las Rias there is a choice of restaurants including Ricky Ricardo’s and Riva, also a convenience store, bottle shop and casual cafes.
