Peppermint Brook Cottages, Margaret River

Peppermint Brook Cottages is located 700 metres west of the heart of Margaret River and it’s just a five minute stroll to the Visitors’ Centre, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and numerous other facilities. Whilst so conveniently located, it retains a sense of tranquillity, being surrounded by tall timber and within 100 metres of the Heritage Walk Trails.

There are eight comfortable brick and iron cottages surrounding an open lawned area and with a number of fruit trees on the block. Cottages are fully self-contained, with a bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and a covered verandah. For those chilly winter nights, there’s a gas fire, comfortable beds, warm doonas and extra blankets.

Cottages will accommodate between one and six persons with various bedding configurations.

Nearby, Peppermint House is a fully furnished three bedroomed home which is approved for short stay accommodation. It’s ideal for families and for small groups of travellers who would like to occupy a larger area – the block size being 2 600 sqm. Peppermint House is just one kilometre to the west of the town centre and is ideally placed for a rewarding stay in the Margaret River region. There’s a gas-fired heater in the living room and verandahs on three sides. The block has a number of peppermint trees which provide adequate shade and the Peppermint Brook runs through the property.

Family Cottage Starter Breakfast

Family cottages have two bedrooms. The first bedroom has one queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has one queen bed and one set of double bunks.
All cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, living area and a shared bathroom.

Peppermint House Starter Breakfast

Peppermint House is a three bedroomed home located on a 2 600 square metre block. All rooms have"zip-lock" queens which can be split into two singles.
The house is fully furnished and self-contained.

Cottage Starter Breakfast

Cottages have two bedrooms with the option of one queen-sized bed, two doubles or two single beds. All cottages have a fully-serviced kitchen, living area and a shared bathroom.
