The Great Barrier Reef and the Frankland Islands are just offshore – a haven for snorkellers, divers, fishermen and those that love to explore beautiful remote beaches, headlands and islands.

Sunrise Beach Lodge is a modern air-conditioned, fully screened holiday home, with extensive views of the ocean, islands, beaches and some of the most spectacular sunrises that you will ever see. The quiet surroundings attract many of the local wildlife such as kangaroos, goanna’s birds and butterflies that you can observe from the comfort of the balcony.

Bushwalking, beachcombing, exploring the rivers and estuaries, fishing and crabbing are just a few activities on the agenda. You can enjoy nature at its most spectacular by participating or alternatively you can simply kick back and watch the world go by at your own leisure.

Deluxe Rooms

Sunrise Beach Lodge has only two Deluxe Rooms available for hire. One room is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Each room has ocean views and its own private bathroom.

There is a concertina ‘privacy’ wall that can slide over to separate the large room into two smaller rooms.
