Enjoy the fantastic sunset views across the sandy beach, protected bay, then across waves and reef to Rottnest Island. Sit on the balcony, or at the full length wide picture window that faces west across the Indian Ocean. We are located 100 metres from Cottesloe beach.

This self-contained elevated lofty apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with the second bedroom providing another single and double bed (as a bunk bed), and both rooms have built-in robes. A combined living area and dining area look out over the panoramic 180 degree view across the ocean. The apartment is equipped with a television, video, stereo, and fully appointed kitchen which includes a microwave and dishwasher, (a washing machine is also provided).

Comfortable leather lounge suites and large dining table provide easy, practical living.

The Seabreeze apartment is located a few minutes walk from the many cafes and restaurants, which includes several taverns for further socialising, all on the seafront parade. A cycle way and walk way runs from Swanbourne (north) to Leighton beach (south).

Several convenience stores close by provide easy shopping. It is 15 minutes to central Perth and nine minutes to Fremantle (car or rail). The train station is a five minute walk from the apartment.

Road and pedestrian access is through a secure entranceway, and a lock up garage provides for parking for a single car, with room for fishing and snorkelling gear. This accommodation is suitable for couples, or families (not recommended for children under four years old). Access is by stairs (no lift).
