Riverview Tourist Park, Margaret River

Riverview Tourist Park is located in the townsite of Margaret River, the renowned wine region of Western Australia.

The park is a unique garden setting that undulates from the road down to some frontage to the river and on the other side is state forest with walking/riding tracks to town or east towards ten mile brooke dam.

A large range of cabins are available, most have ensuite, all have heating, cooling, linen and balcony with some overlooking the river. Free gas barbecues are located at the new campers kitchen and at the riverfront along with a great gazebo and seating for large groups. Caravan and campervan bays are available (some with ensuite) with the main ablution block having just undergone extensive renovation, however all sites are tourist only and the park does not take permanents.

Birdlife abounds at the park and they will often visit looking for a treat. You will be surprised that in this setting you are just a comfortable walk to the main street with all its attractions. A great recent addition is Cheers Wine and Scenic Tours which offers the best value tour of the region with a huge discount for Riverview guests. A typical tour starts with fillet steak and assorted salads being cooked for you at the riverside as the guide talks on wine and wine tasting (vegitarians catered for also) then off for a fabulous day around the region. Cheers will pick up and drop off at all accomodation places in the area and as word gets out many people are returning to enjoy the Riverview/Cheers experience with friends and family.
