Rockpool Beach House – Dongara, Dongara

Spectacular waterfront location with roomy alfresco deck overlooking the beautiful marina and Indian Ocean. Diving, fishing, endless beach walks, swimming and wildflowers are on your doorstep to explore.

The holiday house is fully self-contained, spacious and superbly equipped with luxurious fittings including linen, spa and dishwasher. We have included many little extras to ensure you sit back and enjoy a fun, relaxing, beachside holiday.

The wide grassy lawns, fringed with 100 year Moreton Bay Fig trees, white sand beach, jetty, boat ramp and protected waters of the marina are only a few steps away. This is a truly special location for children to explore and run free.

A country style bakery, fish & chips, supermarket and tavern are an easy two minute stroll along the foreshore.

Fabulous for two families or just two people enjoying a romantic weekend away. Beach towels and food are the only requirements you need to bring.

Sleeps up to 12. Minimum stay two nights.

Allen Newton Travel Writer, The Sunday Times, has travelled to every corner of the state and wrote Rockpool Beach House was one of his favourite WA Escapes.
“As a holiday home, it is pretty hard to beat. The setting overlooking the marina with its host of crayfish boats couldn’t be better, and inside is a vast living space – five big bedrooms and everything you need (even down to a couple of crayfishing nets), make it an easy place to stay”

Glasshouse Mountains

The Glasshouse Mountains in the hinterland of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast are actually the cores of 20 million year old volcanoes. The sides of the volcanoes have eroded away leaving only the hardened rock spiremountain cores we see today. Learn more about this awe-inspiring landscape.
