Situated overlooking the Condamine George, delight your senses and your tastebuds with contemporary Australian Cuisine, with international flavours made with fresh, local produce.

Indulge yourself in one of three fully self-contained ‘escape’ cottages. Take in the fresh air and wonderful views that can only be found one kilometre above sea level. Enjoy a log fire – Winter or Summer! All guests are provided with a gourmet breakfast served in the restaurant and evening meals by arrangement.
