Situated in a lovely valley between Dunsborough and Yallingup, we are only minutes away from the famous Margaret River wine region, as well as restaurants, beaches, galleries, caves and the many other tourist attractions that abound in this area. The latest addition being the Busselton Jetty underwater observatory.

Annie Lysle Bed and Breakfast has beautifully appointed guest rooms with ensuites, private entrances and tea/coffee making facilities. Complimentary tea or coffee, with home made cookies, is served on arrival and your continental or country style breakfast is included in the tariff.

Your hosts, Maxine and Heinz, will make you very welcome and assist in every way to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. We speak both English and German.
