Leyburn Farmstay-Bridgetown, Bridgetown

Relax in one of our two stylish, air-conditioned, fully self contained cottages, with two or four bedrooms (sleeps six or ten), a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge/dining room. Facilities include washing machine, microwave, full gas stove, barbecue, cot and more. Breakfast baskets are available if required. Linen hire also available.

Situated amid beautiful farmland, walk to the Blackwood River, explore the bush, see the kangaroos. Experience a real farm. See cows, sheep, pigs, Clydesdale horses and help collect the eggs. View seasonal actiivites on this large south-west working farm. Children love the freedom and the animals, parents love the peace.

In summer, sit out on the verandah and watch the sunset over the hills and valley. In winter, sit beside a cosy glass-fronted wood heater (all wood chopped for you!).

Leyburn is situated between the towns of Bridgetown and Boyup Brook, which have much of interest. We are within easy reach of all south west tourist areas, including local vineyards and will be pleased to advise you on your outings – that’s if you want to leave the farm!

Pristine wilderness without a single footprint in sight, the sparkle of cosmopolitan high rise on the waters edge, the adrenalin pumping roar of a powerful surf beach, or quite simply the perfect white squeaky sand that squelches between your toes.
