Gilvin Lodge Bed and Breakfast is a romantic valley retreat nestled high in the valley among the trees just 30 minutes from the Perth central business district.

The self contained suite provides an opportunity to unwind while soaking up the tranquil surroundings. For a personal touch, local handmade soaps are provided in the bathroom and you are presented with a complimentary fruit basket and fruit cake on arrival. You are also treated with a “good night” chocolate that is warmly placed on your pillow.

The suite of rooms are all yours (no one else to share with.) You have your own key and your own car park.

This lovely venue is located in Roleystone, along the Stoney Brook Valley, and is in close proximity to a variety of attractions including a wildlife park, Araluen Botanic Park and Country Club, picnic spots, Heritage Country, Brackenridge Tourist Area, art and craft shops, restaurants and orchards with activities such as golf and spectacular scenic areas of public interest.

A ground floor suite of rooms comprising bedroom with a queen size bed, large ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, sliding door to courtyard, room connects to a a large lounge with a double sofa bed which can sleep an extra two people and a dining area, kitchenette and sliding door to a private terrace.

The suite is ideal for one to two people or a family of two adults and one or two children and would suit two adult couples who are travelling together.
