Kaiwarra Cottages, Parndana

Situated on the major tourist route of South Coast Road, immediately opposite the Seal Bay Road, it is the closest accommodation to the Seal Bay National Park. An ideal base for visiting Little Sahara, Kelly Hill Caves, Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch and Flinders Chase National Park.

Ten minutes drive to the fabulous Vivonne Bay beach for surfing, fishing, fun golf and other attractions. Kaiwarra Cottages are a group of self catering cabins on 35 acres of land, half an hour from Kingscote, in a tranquil rural setting nestled amongst native gum trees and a winter lagoon. Water birds, wild flowers and native animals are on your doorstep depending on the season. Situated next to and part of the Kaiwarra Food Barn with licensed restaurant and cafe, children’s playground and souvenir shop. Budget Backpacker accommodation is also available.
