Balneaire Seaside Resort, Albany

Perhaps the greatest memory to take with you after a rewarding holiday is not what was accomplished, but the feeling of relaxation and revival. For while its great to pack action into a holiday, often it is that action we crave escape from. A chance to wind down, restore and recreate.

At the base of Mount Adelaide, a lazy stroll from Middleton Beach, lies Balneaire Seaside Resort. A small village of 28 self serviced units inspired by the style and architecture of Europe. But while inspiration may have come from other shores, the vision was for a resort that laid the foundation for relaxation.

At Balneaire you can do it all or do nothing. A short walk or drive from Balneaire and you can be almost anywhere you want to be. Swimming, golf, fishing, diving and bush walking are all close by, while a short drive takes you to some of the states finest wineries, restaurants and mountain ranges.

To turn relaxation in to an art form we had to make sure of a few things. To establish what defined a relaxing experience and make them the foundation for Balneaire – somewhere that makes you feel as though you are coming back to a place you could call home.

Along the way we have refined the art form. At our cafe-restaurant, Monet’s, you can relax and enjoy breakfast, lunch or a great cup of coffee or combine pleasure with business in our conference centre.

Balneaire offers a combination of two and three bedroom apartments suitable for couples, families and small groups. All units are non-smoking and with some apartments designed specifically for the disabled and elderly. Each apartment is equipped with its own kichen, washing machine, dryer and iron. Extra temporary bedding is also available for larger groups.
