The Cosmopolitan Apartments are exciting, stylish and modern designed for the urban dweller in a recently renovated 1920s Art Deco building with rooftop terrace and simply incredible views. The apartment is located near theatres, fresh food markets, the new Federation Square, Flinders Street station and the excellent multi-cultural restaurants, cafes and river at Southbank. This quiet mini-penthouse apartment has been furnished by an interior decorator and some of its features are a security monitor system, timber floors in lounge/dining, European appliances, laundry, stereo system, televisions and VCR. There are two queen size bedrooms and a fold-away bed with linen supplied. The kitchen is fully fitted and a barbeque can be enjoyed with spectacular 360 degree views from the private rooftop terrace. The free City Circle tram goes by the door and takes you past shopping malls, arcades and major attractions such as the Victoria Market, Treasury Building, Parliament House, the Casino and Fitzroy Gardens. When visiting Melbourne you will be seeing history, cultural heritage, elegant and exciting architecture, fashion and sport, the horse race that stops the nation, the Grand Prix, the Australian Open and the home of Australian Rules Football. Wide beaches are nearby as well as hills, forests and rich wine country.
